The SCOPE Technical Manager and Liaison officer will remain to work with HERON (the latter as Copyright Officer).
The priorities will be to maintain the momentum of the current eLib projects, to achieve a breakthrough in the remaining copyright clearance working with rightsholders, the CLA and other representative bodies, and to encourage the expansion of on-demand printing and electronic reserves throughout universities in the UK.
