Many thanks for signing and returning a copy of the SCOPE model contract for licensing on-demand publishing in academic libraries. I am delighted that you intend to license material to SCOPE. Please accept without prejudice two copies of an up to date contract customized with the name and address of COPYRIGHT HOLDER. Appendix 1of the contract details the material to be licensed to SCOPE. Appendix 2 lists the SCOPE consortium member institutions. I have signed both copies of the contract and each of the appendices. You should do the same, keep one copy of the signed contract with signed appendices for your own records and return the other to me.
Please note that COPYRIGHT HOLDER's VAT number, if any, should be inserted at the end of clause 12.
